Recovery Me clinic brings 4 poses to help you warm up as so that you can run to the finish line without any pain.

  • Stretch your calf muscles by standing up straight. Spread legs slightly then lift your toes up until you feel tightness in your calves. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds.
  • Stretch your front thigh muscles. Stand up straight and spread your legs slightly. Fold left leg to the back. Use the left hand to press the foot toward the body as much as possible until the is tight. Hold for 10-20 seconds, then switch sides.
  • Stretching the back-thigh muscles by sit on the floor ‍stretch one leg forward. Keep it bent on the other side, then slowly lean forward until you feel the tension in your back thigh muscles. Place your hand on your shin, hold for 10-20 seconds, then switch sides.
  • Stretch your hip muscles. Stand straight with your legs close together, both arms close to your body, then step your left foot forward. Then squat down until your knees are perpendicular to the floor. Hands on hips lean forward slightly

Easy warm-up doesn’t take long. Just do these and we can run to the end of the road comfortably.
